Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck uses Elrond, Moon-Reader to convert creature activations and flicker triggers into steady card advantage. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration through artifacts like Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Sapphire Medallion while developing interactive engines such as Rhystic Study and The One Ring. During the mid-game, the deck leverages enter-the-battlefield creatures including Aether Channeler, Spellseeker, and Venser, Shaper Savant, multiplying their impact using Displacer Kitten, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, and Panharmonicon.
