Deck overview

This Sultai deck is an aggressive Voltron and combat-theft strategy helmed by Kotis, the Fangkeeper. Kotis features built-in indestructible, which protects it against standard destroy removal and damage-based sweepers. The deck accelerates Kotis onto the battlefield on Turn 3 using low-cost mana creatures and rocks, equips it with evasion and power multipliers, and attacks on Turn 4. Each successful combat connection exiles cards from an opponent's library and casts eligible spells for free, simultaneously depriving opponents of resources and expanding your own board. Power-boosting equipment such as Bone Sabres and Brotherhood Regalia, combined with burst cards like Berserk and Tainted Strike, allow Kotis to eliminate players in one or two hits. Dense countermagic (including Fierce Guardianship and Mana Drain) and protective equipment safeguard Kotis against exile and bounce effects, enabling the deck to reliably close out the game by Turn 6.
