Deck overview

This deck is a five-color aggro-midrange build centered on the partner commanders Leonardo, the Balance and April O'Neil, Live on the Scene. The primary strategy leverages typal synergies among Mutants, Ninjas, and Turtles to create a steady stream of artifact tokens—primarily Clues and Mutagens—which immediately translate into whole-team +1/+1 counters through Leonardo. By curving out low-cost typal creatures in the early turns, the deck establishes an engine by Turn 4 that continually grows its board presence while generating card advantage from Clues. During the midgame (Turns 5–6), the deck scales its threat level with counter amplifiers like Corpsejack Menace and combat modifiers like Raphael, the Muscle or Leonardo's five-color activated ability. It closes games around Turn 8 through wide, evasive combat damage.
