Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Azorius cEDH list combining asymmetric stax with a compact blink-combo win condition. The strategy leverages Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward alongside the Background Candlekeep Sage in the command zone. In the early turns, explosive fast mana deploys disruptive pieces such as Drannith Magistrate, Blind Obedience, and Ethersworn Canonist to stall fast combo opponents. Simultaneously, draw engines like Mystic Remora, Rhystic Study, and Esper Sentinel build card advantage. Once mana is established, the deck casts Abdel Adrian to exile mana rocks and generate board presence while drawing cards. Chaining Abdel with flicker enablers like Eldrazi Displacer, Displacer Kitten, or Fiend Hunter creates infinite mana, infinite 1/1 tokens, and draws the entire library. The deck protects its winning turn using Silence, Ranger-Captain of Eos, or Teferi, Time Raveler, and concludes immediately with Thassa's Oracle.
