[Primer] Runo sea monsters reanimator by tolto

Format: Commander

Commander: Runo Stromkirk // Krothuss, Lord of the Deep

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir sea-monster reanimator built around Runo Stromkirk // Krothuss, Lord of the Deep. The plan is to self-mill and stock the graveyard with high-CMC Krakens, Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents, then either hard-cast them off rocks or cheat them back with cheap reanimation. Runo's upkeep check transforms him once a 6+ creature is on top; as Krothuss, Lord of the Deep he attacks and floods the board with tapped-and-attacking copies-doubled when the target is a sea creature. Primary wins are overwhelming combat via token copies and Spawning Kraken 9/9s, backed by Living Death mass recursion, Hullbreaker Horror bounce control, and Stormtide Leviathan/Serpent of Yawning Depths evasion locks. The commander accelerates the copy plan but the 99 still functions as a fair reanimator midrange deck.
