Deck overview

This deck is a Temur spellslinger strategy built around Iroh, Grand Lotus, turning the Lesson mechanic into a continuous stream of card advantage and mana velocity. The primary plan spends the early turns developing mana with cheap ramp spells while filtering cards into the graveyard with looting effects. Once Iroh enters the battlefield on Turn 5, every Lesson in the graveyard gains flashback for just {1} mana. On Turn 6, the deck initiates a massive storm turn, converting cheap graveyard casts into a flurry of spell triggers via Archmage Emeritus and Storm-Kiln Artist. This sequence fuels massive token generators like Rite of the Dragoncaller and storm spells like Elemental Eruption alongside steady burn from Firebrand Archer and Coruscation Mage. The resulting aerial army survives one opponent turn cycle before attacking for lethal combat damage on Turn 7.
