Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger mana engine and pinger. The primary plan is to deploy Vivi early, grow her power with cheap noncreature spells, and then use her once-per-turn ritual to chain instants and sorceries while Vivi, Fiery Inscription, Exalted Flamer, and Gandalf burn every opponent. Veyran, Voice of Duality acts as a hidden-commander force multiplier, doubling each magecraft trigger. Storm-Kiln Artist and Haze of Rage convert spells into Treasure and pump, and Crackle with Power is the main one-shot finish after chip damage. Secondary lines include Curiosity/Tandem Lookout drawing off Vivi's pings and Mystic Sanctuary/Exalted Flamer providing recursion after a wipe.
