Skinnin' Minds Yet again! by DraconicalX

Format: Commander

Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Mindskinner is a mono-blue mill-voltron deck that weaponizes the commander's replacement ability: every point of damage a source you control would deal to an opponent is prevented and becomes simultaneous mill for each opponent. Because the 10/1 is unblockable, the deck's main job is multiplying the size and frequency of that damage - via Fireshrieker, Grappling Hook, and Brass Knuckles double strike, Inquisitor's Flail damage doubling, and land/hand/artifact-count pumps like Blackblade Reforged, Strata Scythe, Nettlecyst, Empyrial Plate, and Eldrazi Conscription. Backup unblockables (Invisible Stalker, Phantom Warrior, Veteran Ice Climber) can carry the equipment if the commander is taxed. A phasing/hexproof shell - Teferi's Veil, Vanishing, Slip Out the Back, Diplomatic Immunity - protects the fragile 1-toughness body, while a counterspell suite guards the kill turn. There are no infinite combos: the deck wins by volume, converting repeated unblockable hits into a table-wide mill-out.
