Deck overview

Sauron, the Dark Lord leads a Grixis goblin/amass grind deck. The primary plan is to make an Army early with amass spells, cast Sauron by turn 5-6, and use his ring-tempt draw to refill while opponents churn. Secondary paths are go-wide token combat and a death-trigger drain that converts sacrificed Goblins and Rats into life loss. Sauron's role is engine and top-end: he gives the Ring trigger and hand refill. Sauron, the Necromancer is a hidden backup, attacking with recursive Wraith copies. Without Sauron, the deck still attacks with hasty/wide Goblins and drains through Blood Artist effects, but it loses velocity.
