Deck overview

This Naya Equipment deck is commanded by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER, an aggressive Voltron engine that bypasses heavy equip costs upon entering the battlefield. Built around high-yield Equipment like Colossus Hammer, Kaldra Compleat, and Nettlecyst, the deck deploys fast mana and cheap weapons during the opening three turns. On Turn 4, Cloud enters with haste, attaches an Equipment for free, and immediately attacks to draw cards, produce Treasure tokens, and threaten lethal commander damage. A robust tutoring suite featuring Stoneforge Mystic, Steelshaper's Gift, and Fighter Class ensures consistent weapon access, while Sunforger tutors reactive answers and indestructible protection spells on demand. If the primary Voltron line is contested, alternate threats such as Halvar, God of Battle, Nahiri, Forged in Fury, and the infinite combat combo of Godo, Bandit Warlord with Helm of the Host provide powerful secondary win conditions.
