Gym Girlie Laelia by ksm1467

Format: Commander

Commander: Laelia, the Blade Reforged

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Laelia, the Blade Reforged leads a mono-red 'cast from exile' value deck that grows Laelia while converting top-decked and discarded cards into spells, damage, and extra combats. The primary path is combat: attack every turn, use exile/discard engines such as Valakut Exploration, Inti, and Faithless Looting to keep chaining spells, then finish with Seize the Day, Desert Were-Worm, or a Rionya copy of Etali. Secondary paths include Valakut end-step burn, Memory Worm/Unstable Amulet drain, and a Mizzix's Mastery overload that casts every instant/sorcery in the graveyard. Etali, Primal Storm acts as the closest thing to a hidden commander, providing a huge attack trigger that the whole engine feeds. Laelia is single-faced; the deck uses her as the primary engine.
