Deck overview

This Gruul +1/+1 counters list helmed by Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes is a hybrid token-sacrifice and big-damage deck. The commander generates a legendary Boo token every turn (haste, trample), then uses its +1 ability to stack counters on that token or another creature. Its -2 ability sacrifices a creature to deal damage equal to its power, and if the sacrificed creature is a Hamster (Boo) it draws that many cards. The deck supports this loop with a dense suite of counter doublers (Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Doubling Season), finishers such as Chandra's Ignition and Fling, and the alternate win condition All Will Be One. The primary plan is to pump Boo or a hydra into a lethal power level, then either sacrifice it for direct damage or use a sweeper-style spell to eliminate all opponents at once.
