Format: Commander

Commander: Blor the Impervious

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Blor the Impervious is a mono-green voltron deck built to make one frog unkillable and enormous. The primary plan is to ramp Blor out by turn four, suit him with Forest-based equipment and auras (Staff of Titania, Blanchwood Armor, Blackblade Reforged), and kill each opponent with 21 commander damage. Secondary paths are power-based draw (Garruk, Rishkar's Expertise, Hunter's Insight) to find the next piece, fight spells as removal, and Avatar Kyoshi as a hidden backup commander that turns lands into huge mana and can beat down if Blor is taxed. Blor's hexproof and indestructible make him an ideal carrier; the deck is built around him.
