New Untitled Deck by Eloelo

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spell-slinging drain engine and a scaling ritual: she pings each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, and her once-per-turn {0} ability turns her power into extra {U}/{R}. The primary plan is to use cheap cantrips, rituals, and copy effects to create a storm turn where Mana Geyser or Thousand-Year Storm is copied enough times to produce a huge mana pool, then finish with repeated Lightning Bolts via Reiterate buyback. A secondary Magecraft value plan accumulates damage and tokens from Guttersnipe, Niv-Mizzet, Talrand, and Storm-Kiln Artist. Vivi is the only commander face; there is no hidden commander. She is an important engine, but none of the deck's registered combos actually require her.
