Deck overview

Mathas, Fiend Seeker turns the table into a bounty-hunters' arena: opponents are goaded into attacking each other while Mathas and similar effects feed you cards for every death. The deck's primary plan is political attrition, backed by a pillow-fort of Ghostly Prison and Windborn Muse, a monarch package around Queen Marchesa, and a compact Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista combo that can end the game once enough mana and pieces are found. Secondary lines use Cleric Class, Deathbringer Thoctar, Blood Artist, and goaded combat to drain life. The commander is an early draw engine and target-direction tool, not the finisher, so the deck can keep functioning without him, though slower. Queen Marchesa functions as a hidden backup commander.
