Deck overview

This deck is a Boros spellslinger strategy built around Lorehold, the Historian, leveraging its static ability to grant every instant and sorcery in hand miracle {2}. On each opponent's upkeep, Lorehold lets the pilot discard and draw a card, enabling instant-speed miracle casts of game-warping sorceries like Soulfire Eruption, Insurrection, and Call Forth the Tempest on opposing turns. Topdeck manipulation tools such as Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, and Library of Leng ensure reliable miracle setups, while Sunforger tutors flexible interaction and protection. Payoffs like Rite of the Dragoncaller, Guttersnipe, and Storm-Kiln Artist translate high-mana spell casts into lethal dragon swarms, steady burn damage, and endless Treasure mana.
