New Untitled Deck by Fluffermcflufferson

Format: Commander

Commander: Prismari, the Inspiration

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a spellslinger deck helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, a 7-mana flying Elder Dragon that grants storm to every instant and sorcery you cast. The primary plan is to ramp into the commander, then chain cheap instants and sorceries - leveraging cost reducers like Archmage of Runes and Mocking Sprite - to build a lethal storm count. The main payoff is incremental burn via Fiery Inscription (2 damage per opponent per spell) and a massive storm-boosted Boltwave or Improvisation Capstone that cheats multiple spells for free. A single extra-turn spell, Time Stretch, provides the tempo to finish. The deck also features a robust interaction suite of counterspells and spot removal, but it lacks tutors and dedicated win-cons beyond incremental damage, making it a grindy value-oriented storm deck rather than a combo-first build.
