Vivi the Doomcaller by user2500270

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Vivi Ornitier, who acts as a scaling mana engine and a repeatable pinger. The plan is to cast a critical mass of noncreature spells, growing Vivi into a huge mana source while Veyran, Voice of Duality, Harmonic Prodigy, and Wizard's Staff multiply her triggers. The primary win conditions are the Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity/Tandem Lookout/Niv-Mizzet, Visionary infinite-damage loops, and the Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring loop into Grapeshot or Fireball. The deck also has a strong backup burn plan via Electrostatic Field, Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch, Coruscation Mage, and Sentinel Tower. It is a high-variance, high-ceiling deck that can explode in a single turn but lacks the tutors to reliably find its combo pieces.
