Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-black Zombie typal strategy led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The game plan focuses on curving out resilient Zombie creatures in the early turns, establishing steady card advantage through engines like Cryptbreaker and Undead Augur, and deploying Gisa to multiply board presence exponentially. Gisa turns individual medium-sized creatures or recurring fodder like Gravecrawler into vast armies of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck finishes games by boosting its token swarm with numerous tribal lords such as Death Baron, Undead Warchief, and Liliana's Mastery, or by converting mass creature deaths and enters-the-battlefield triggers into lethal life drain via Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Vengeful Dead. While lacking fast combo lines and stack interaction, the deck presents high redundancy and persistent board pressure.
