Deck tortues ninja by bistouflys13

Format: Commander

Commander: Leonardo, the Balance

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a five-color TMNT tribal midrange deck helmed by Leonardo, the Balance that wins through +1/+1-counter combat. Leonardo spreads a once-per-turn board-wide counter whenever a token enters and can pay WUBRG to give the team menace, trample, and lifelink as a finisher. The 99 is packed with Mutant/Ninja/Turtle legends-Donatello, the Brains, Michelangelo, the Heart, Raphael, the Muscle, April O'Neil, Live on the Scene, Splinter, the Mentor-plus counter doublers (Corpsejack Menace, High Score), token makers (Mutagen, Food, Ninja tokens), and damage amplifiers. There are no infinite combos; the plan is to flood the board, stack counters, and crush the table in combat. Secondary reach comes from Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute pings, Shredder, Shadow Master half-life swings, and Raphael, the Muscle damage doubling. Average mana value is a chunky 3.46 with light ramp, so the deck plays a fair, grind-oriented game.
