Deck overview

This Morophon, the Boundless deck is an archetype known as 'Tribal Tribal' or Changeling Synergy. By fielding a dense suite of Changeling creatures—which possess every creature type simultaneously—the deck activates powerful lord effects across multiple distinct tribes. Cards such as Hakbal of the Surging Soul explore across all changelings, Risen Reef triggers on every entry, Harabaz Druid taps for massive bursts of colored mana, and Herald of Hoofbeats grants the entire board unblockable horsemanship. Morophon, the Boundless serves as a colorless-costed enabler that reduces colored mana costs for a chosen type while buffing the board. With asymmetric sweepers like Raise the Palisade and Kindred Dominance, the deck reliably clears opposing boards while leaving its own changeling army intact, closing out games through wide, evasive combat damage.
