Deck overview

This Orzhov Midrange deck pairs Tymna the Weaver and Akroma, Vision of Ixidor to blend aggressive tribal combat with disruptive asymmetric stax. The early game focuses on deploying efficient mana reducers like Giada, Font of Hope and low-cost evasive threats that allow Tymna to generate consistent card advantage through combat damage. The midgame establishes defensive resilience and board control through potent hatebears such as Linvala, Keeper of Silence and Drana and Linvala, shutting down opposing creature abilities while Righteous Valkyrie and Archangel of Thune inflate life totals and creature power. In the late game, casting Akroma, Vision of Ixidor or resolving Akroma's Will supercharges the keyword-dense Angel army, providing massive stat boosts that overwhelm opponents in evasive aerial combat. With deep removal, high-impact reanimation, and robust board protection, the deck systematically grinds out opposing resources before closing the game with decisive combat damage.
