This deck is a Sultai landfall and Crab tribal mill strategy commanded by Homer, the Hermit. Its central game plan leverages Homer's triggered ability to force opponents to mill twice as many cards as your total count of Crabs and changelings whenever a land enters your battlefield. Early turns establish mana acceleration using Exploration, Burgeoning, and Tireless Provisioner, quickly deploying Homer alongside low-cost crustaceans like Hedron Crab, Purple-Crystal Crab, and Scuttletide.
