Commander: Kratos, God of War

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-red deck is built around Kratos, God of War, a 3-drop that gives all creatures haste and punishes opponents at end of turn for each creature that didn't attack that turn. The strategy is a blend of forced combat (goad), damage multipliers, and extra-combat spells. It aims to make opponents fight each other while you build a board of incidental damage triggers, then finish with a chained combat step that stacks doublers like Gratuitous Violence and City on Fire. Secondary wins come from Knucles the Echidna's 30-artifact alternate condition or simple commander damage backed by equipment. The deck is linear, aggressive, and firmly in the "red goading" camp.
