Taborax by 0ka

Format: Commander

Commander: Taborax, Hope's Demise

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Taborax, Hope's Demise leads a mono-black sacrifice-and-reanimate strategy that uses a swarm of Shadowborn Apostles to tutor Demons while death triggers fuel card draw and +1/+1 counters. The deck's realistic win line is an infinite life-drain loop: Bloodthirsty Conqueror plus any one of Vito, Marauding Blight-Priest, or Enduring Tenacity, triggered by a life-loss effect. A secondary beatdown plan uses large flying Demons like Valgavoth and Razaketh. Taborax is a draw engine rather than the sole win condition; the deck can operate without him, but he accelerates the game significantly.
