Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jeskai combat deck led by Arthur, Marigold Knight, focused on cheating massive, game-ending creatures into play directly from the library. Arthur provides immediate velocity through native haste, digging six cards deep on every attack alongside a companion attacker to deploy threats like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Serra's Emissary, and Darksteel Angel. While Arthur normally returns cheated creatures to hand at end of combat—acting as repeatable card advantage—blink effects like Momentary Blink, Cloudshift, and Brago, King Eternal permanently keep these behemoths on the battlefield. The deck supports this game plan with low-cost enablers like Loyal Apprentice, robust interaction, and backup cheat engines like Winota, Joiner of Forces and Ilharg, the Raze-Boar. With resilient defense from Fierce Guardianship and Flawless Maneuver, the deck quickly snowballs into an overwhelming combat finish.
