Death to Destruction by dapturner

Deck overview

This deck uses Vincent Valentine as a removal-based combat threat. Creature deaths caused by Plaguecrafter, Fleshbag Marauder, Accursed Marauder, Archfiend of Depravity, and the deck's many kill spells put counters on Vincent. Attacking transforms it into Galian Beast, whose trample and lifelink make a large counter total meaningful. My Precious is the best way to convert that size into damage because it grants unblockability and hexproof. The main limitation is access: the deck has no tutor package, little acceleration, and no redundant unblockable finisher. Its interaction is strong against creatures but narrow against artifacts, enchantments, graveyards, and stack-based plans. The deck can create substantial midgame advantage and stabilize through lifelink and recursion, but it does not reliably produce a fast kill, a total lockout, or a compact combo. Treat it as a slow, reactive commander-voltron and aristocrats-adjacent deck rather than a dedicated combo deck.
