Commander: Omnath, Locus of Rage

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Omnath, Locus of Rage leads a classic Gruul Landfall strategy that turns every land drop into a 5/5 Elemental token and every Elemental death into a 3-damage burn spell. The deck's primary plan is to accelerate aggressively through cheap ramp spells and land-tutors, deploy Omnath on curve, then chain multiple land drops per turn through extra-land-play effects (Oracle of Mul Daya, Mina and Denn, Wildborn) and double-landfall triggers (Ancient Greenwarden, Traveling Chocobo). The token army serves dual purpose: it provides a wide combat board for Craterhoof Behemoth overruns, and it feeds death-trigger damage via Warstorm Surge, Where Ancients Tread, and Stalking Vengeance. Secondary value comes from Scute Swarm scaling, Avenger of Zendikar plant armies, and Rampaging Baloths beast tokens. The deck wins through direct damage from Elemental-death triggers, combat trample from Craterhoof, or incremental burn from Spitfire Lagac and Tannuk, Memorial Ensign.
