Nethroi by Nebstein

Format: Commander

Commander: Nethroi, Apex of Death

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nethroi, Apex of Death leads a graveyard value deck that fills the yard and returns a board of small creatures for a combat finish. You mill and tutor with Hermit Druid, Buried Alive, Entomb and Fauna Shaman, then mutate Nethroi to reanimate up to 10 power of creatures at once. Craterhoof Behemoth is the main finisher, backed by token payoffs like Field of the Dead, Scute Swarm and Mirkwood Bats and drain from Zulaport Cutthroat and Syr Konrad. Secondary mass reanimation from Eerie Ultimatum and Living Death lets you win without Nethroi, while Six, The Gitrog Monster and Life from the Loam keep lands and graveyard flowing.
