Deck overview

This deck is an unconventional non-green Landfall midrange and combo strategy led by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. It leverages a dense suite of two-mana mana rocks and fetch-style lands to accelerate into its seven-mana commander ahead of curve. Once on the battlefield, Nissa turns every land drop into immediate card draw and cheats powerful creatures directly from the library onto the battlefield on the first trigger each turn. The deck's primary win path revolves around generating overwhelming board states with threats like Moraug, Fury of Akoum, Emeria Shepherd, and Felidar Retreat, or executing a compact infinite landfall loop using a land-dropper creature like Walking Atlas or PuPu UFO, an untap engine such as Retreat to Coralhelm or Elven Raft-Steerer, and a bounce land like Azorius Chancery. The infinite triggers draw the entire library with Nissa or immediately drain the table through pingers like Iridescent Vinelasher and Spitfire Lagac.
