Commander: Olinda the Oblivious

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Olinda the Oblivious leads a monoblack life-drain deck that uses her odor counters as a slow damage source while it assembles a classic infinite-life-loss combo. The primary win condition is the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond loop (or Bloodthirsty Conqueror as a redundant half); once both pieces are in play, any opponent losing life-from an odor-counter upkeep trigger, a drain creature, or a direct spell-triggers an unstoppable chain. Secondary wins include an overloaded Exsanguinate fueled by Cabal Coffers, a massive Gray Merchant of Asphodel turn multiplied by Saw in Half or Panharmonicon, and combat damage via Blade of Selves or Helm of the Host copying the commander. The deck runs a dense package of one-mana "return after death" instants to protect its key creatures and a suite of life-loss doublers (Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Wound Reflection, Archfiend of Despair) that accelerate any drain effect into a finish. The commander herself is a nice value piece but not necessary for the main combo-the game plan executes entirely from the 99.
