Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros equipment-combat deck uses Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist as a partner pair. Neither partner is double-faced. Rograkh is a zero-mana first-strike, menace, trample attacker and an easy equipment target; Ardenn moves any number of Auras and Equipment at the beginning of combat, bypassing equip costs. The primary plan is to build a lethal attacker, often with Colossus Hammer and Hard-Won Jitte, while equipment tokens and Valduk, Keeper of the Flame broaden the attack. Valduk is the hidden commander: attached Equipment produces trampling, hasty Elementals each combat. Breath of Fury gives a finite extra-combat line, not an infinite combo. Wake the Past and other recursion rebuild after removal.
