Deck overview

Lathril, Blade of the Elves leads a creature-dense Elfball deck. The deck develops mana with Llanowar Elves, Heritage Druid, Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, and similar creatures, then converts a wide board into lethal combat or widespread life loss. Craterhoof Behemoth is the strongest ordinary finisher because it has haste and can make a ten-Elf board immediately lethal. Lathril, Blade of the Elves, Shaman of the Pack, and Skemfar Shadowsage provide alternate damage routes. Tutors make the deck more consistent, while Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, and Vanquisher's Banner support longer games. The deck also contains the Priest of Titania and Staff of Domination infinite-mana-and-draw engine, although it needs a separate payoff to win. Its main weaknesses are dependence on creatures surviving, limited stack interaction, and a slower ordinary clock than competitive combo decks.
