Deck overview

This mono-red burn deck is built around discard synergies, utilizing Tersa Lightshatter as a hasty commander that loots upon entering and generates card advantage from the graveyard upon attacking. The primary game plan focuses on establishing continuous discard triggers using creatures like Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Brallin, Skyshark Rider, and Magmakin Artillerist, as well as Cool but Rude. Once a damage payoff is on the battlefield, the deck casts mass draw and discard spells such as Wheel of Misfortune, Change of Fortune, and Will of the Jeskai to deal substantial noncombat damage across all opponents simultaneously. Damage amplifiers including Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Artist's Talent accelerate the clock, allowing the deck to close games by Turn 7. The strategy benefits from high internal redundancy and strong recovery, though it remains vulnerable to targeted creature removal, mass sweepers, and graveyard hate.
