Deck overview

This deck is a Naya midrange token strategy commanded by Ghired, Conclave Exile. Its primary plan focuses on creating large, impactful creature tokens (such as 4/4 Rhinos, 5/5 Dragons, and 3/3 Gruff Triplets) and multiplying them using the populate mechanic. Supported by a robust 1-3 CMC ramp suite, the deck reliably deploys Ghired ahead of curve on turn 4 and begins generating attacking copies by turn 5. Power-based card draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and Elemental Bond replenish hand resources as large tokens enter the battlefield. The deck wins primarily through overwhelming combat damage aided by innate trample, closing games around turn 8. While resilient against single-target removal due to token redundancy and solid recovery lines, the deck lacks dedicated tutors and runs minimal board protection, making it vulnerable to well-timed sweepers.
