Deck overview

This deck utilizes Umbris, Fear Manifest as a lethal Dimir commander that scales power and toughness from cards opponents own in exile. By utilizing persistent replacement effects like Leyline of the Void, Planar Void, and Dauthi Voidwalker, alongside targeted exile bursts like Tasha's Hideous Laughter, the deck rapidly inflates Umbris into a one-hit commander damage threat. A strong suite of Horrors and Nightmares triggers additional exile cascades. Defensively, the deck runs premium interaction, including Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick, Mana Drain, and Cyclonic Rift, to protect its board and stall opponents. Because the deck relies on combat damage across three turns to eliminate the table and contains minimal early mana acceleration, it operates at a deliberate mid-game tempo, systematically dismantling opposing graveyard synergies while setting up unblockable lethal swings.
