Commander: Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Simic "sea monster" ramp deck built around Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep. The plan is to accelerate into expensive Krakens, Leviathans, and Serpents, then use Kiora's cast trigger to look at the top X cards and chain a second spell for free. Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty and Monstrous Vortex stack on top of that, letting one large creature cast turn into multiple threats. The deck wins primarily through combat: trampling or unblockable 6/6-and-up bodies, Spawning Kraken 9/9 tokens, and Koma, World-Eater flooding the board with Koma's Coils. It also runs tribe-selective bounce-sweeps and a small stack-protection package. With a 4.23 average mana value, this is a deliberate battlecruiser deck that trades raw speed and tutor consistency for explosive top-of-library turns.
