Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact-proliferate deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind's tap trigger. Its strongest path is to mount a poison counter on every opponent, then use Kilo plus Relic of Legends and Freed from the Real to generate repeated proliferate triggers and push all opponents past ten poison. Secondary paths use charge-counter artifacts as ramp and value, with Magistrate's Scepter as an extra-turn option and artifact creatures as backup beaters. Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus acts as the deck's force multiplier, doubling any proliferate, but it is an amplifier rather than a companion. Kilo's haste makes him the primary engine, and the deck is clearly built around repeatedly tapping him.
