Spirit Bomb by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Piru, the Volatile

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Mardu list helmed by Piru, the Volatile is a damage-reflection/lifegain drain deck. The primary plan involves using Piru s death trigger (7 damage to all nonlegendary creatures) combined with Repercussion to convert that damage into direct player burn, amplified by damage redirection creatures like Brash Taunter and Boros Reckoner. Secondary wins come from Sanguine Bond/Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose lifegain drain and Aetherflux Reservoir as a life total payoff. The deck packs moderate recursion (Gift of Immortality, Reanimate) and a suite of one-shot draw spells to fuel the engine. It is commander-dependant, lacking counterspells and traditional board wipes, but can chain massive damage through doubling effects (Drivnod, Carnage Dominus, Teysa Karlov, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus).
