Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact midrange strategy built around counter accumulation, modular mechanics, and combat pressure. Led by Donatello, Mutant Mechanic, the deck turns utility artifacts into Robot creatures, loads them with +1/+1 counters, and redistributes those counters whenever an artifact dies.
