Just Hoppin Around by artifactenjoyerqt

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a group-hug draw deck that turns shared card draw into a win. The primary plan forces opponents to draw with Kwain, Temple Bell, Folio of Fancies, Howling Mine and Kami of the Crescent Moon, then punishes them with Psychosis Crawler, Scrawling Crawler, Iron Maiden and Ebony Owl Netsuke or mills them with Folio, or decks yourself to win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Laboratory Maniac. Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal provides infinite mana to fuel those draw outlets, while Approach of the Second Sun offers a separate spell-based win. Kwain acts as a repeatable draw engine and Mind Over Matter outlet, while Psychosis Crawler and Jace function as hidden commanders that actually close the game.
