Deck overview

This Grixis deck is piloted by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria and focuses on Villain tribal synergies, connive card filtering, and token-based combat pressure. The deck plays a massive 45-land mana base, virtually guaranteeing consistent land drops every turn to power out mid-cost threats on curve. Once Doctor Doom resolves on Turn 4, his combat trigger grants menace and connives, selectively discarding excess lands to burn each opponent for 2 life while growing your attackers. Mid-game turns leverage token generators like Madame Hydra, Ultron, Unlimited, and Grave Titan, reinforced by versatile clone spells such as Spark Double, Multiversal Incursion, and Rite of Replication. The deck lacks competitive speed, compact combos, and heavy interactive suites, operating instead as a resilient casual combat deck that closes out games through cumulative wide attacks and unblockable menace beatdowns by Turn 9.
