Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Gruul aggressive stompy list centered on Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers. The primary strategy focuses on accelerating through the early turns with efficient mana ramp to deploy the 7-mana commander on Turn 5. Because the commander possesses haste, it attacks immediately, triggering its ability to cheat large, high-impact creatures directly from the library onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. The deck features a dense suite of heavy beaters, extra-combat enablers, and damage doublers such as Moraug, Fury of Akoum, Port Razer, Terror of Mount Velus, and Craterhoof Behemoth. It also houses an infinite combat combo using Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw. While the deck exerts tremendous combat pressure and can eliminate the table by Turn 7, it operates with minimal reactive disruption, leaving it vulnerable to faster combo decks. Supporting protection spells like Veil of Summer and City of Solitude help shield crucial combat turns from opposing interaction.
