Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats strategy commanded by Teysa Karlov, designed to generate overwhelming incremental advantage by doubling death triggers. The game plan establishes low-cost sacrifice outlets, recursive creatures, and token generators in the early turns before deploying Teysa to amplify drain payoffs like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, and Mirkwood Bats. The deck exerts intense creature control via Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos, turning ordinary creature sacrifices into asymmetric board wipes. Card velocity is fueled by doubled card-draw triggers on Skullclamp and Dark Prophecy. While the deck features an infinite backup combo in Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, its primary route to victory is steadily grinding down opposing life totals through unavoidable drain triggers and big-mana finishers like Torment of Hailfire and Kokusho, the Evening Star.
