Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler to convert time counters and suspend mechanics into overwhelming board presence and lethal commander damage. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks and suspending utility spells such as Inspiring Refrain, Rousing Refrain, or impending Overlords. Once both commanders hit the battlefield, attacking with The Tenth Doctor automatically exiles and suspends nonland cards from the library, while Rose Tyler grows exponentially by harvesting time counters across all owned cards and permanents. Midgame turns leverage time travel cards like All of History, All at Once and Rotating Fireplace to rapidly resolve massive spells for free while pumping Rose into a one-shot threat. Defensive spells like Everybody Lives! and Out of Time protect life totals and clear blocking lines, allowing the deck to systematically eliminate opponents through unblockable commander strikes and wide token pressure.
