Commander: Loki, the Deceiver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Loki, the Deceiver helms a Grixis typal midrange deck that turns Villain synergies into aggressive token swarms and sustained card advantage. The primary strategy revolves around casting high-impact Villains, deploying Loki, and attacking to duplicate nonlegendary copies of your best threats. These temporary Illusion copies double up on enter-the-battlefield and attack triggers while drawing cards on combat damage. Game-ending lines leverage The Master, Multiplied to keep all temporary copies permanently, The Squadron Sinister to grant the entire board flying and haste, or Mysterio, Master of Illusion to generate an insurmountable army. Drain engines like Mirkwood Bats and Doom Reigns Supreme convert token production into direct life loss.
