Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity mono-green aggro strategy commanded by Fynn, the Fangbearer. Its game plan centers on deploying efficient deathtouch creatures on Turn 1, casting Fynn on Turn 2, and rapidly applying poison counters through unhindered combat steps. Because each deathtouch creature inflicts two poison counters upon dealing combat damage to a player, opponents face lethal 10-poison thresholds far faster than traditional 40-life combat totals. The deck supports this aggressive core with evasion enablers, trigger doublers like Roaming Throne, and robust proliferate mechanics from cards such as Evolution Sage, Bloated Contaminator, and Staff of Compleation. Abundant fast mana accelerates development, while bite spells convert deathtouch into potent removal. Although vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers and targeted removal on Fynn, redundant toxic beaters and Triumph of the Hordes offer strong secondary paths to victory.
