Deck overview

This is a Golgari deathtouch-attrition deck built around sacrificing deathtouch creatures for value. The Serpent Society turns every dying deathtouch body into an edict effect, punishing blockers and forcing opponents to sacrifice their own nontoken creatures. The true engine of the deck is Fynn, the Fangbearer: once the board has several deathtouch attackers, every unblocked hit becomes two poison counters, and five hits in one combat eliminate a player. Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, Venerated Rotpriest, and Myr Convert provide backup poison, while Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, and Cauldron of Essence convert every sacrifice into life drain. There is a compact infinite loop available - Hornet Queen plus Phyrexian Altar plus Cauldron of Essence - but the deck's light tutor package means the main game plan is incremental board control, attrition, and poison rather than a fast combo kill.
