Deck overview

Mono-blue voltron deck built around Charix, the Raging Isle: it accumulates islands, then pays {3} (often reduced to {1} by Training Grounds) to turn Charix's 0/17 body into a huge attacker. The primary kill is commander damage, usually accelerated by double strike (Fireshrieker) or infect (Grafted Exoskeleton). Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Thassa, God of the Sea provide value and evasion; a small Merfolk/wizard package and artifact tutors support the plan. The deck is heavily commander-focused-protection, evasion, and pump all assume Charix is on the battlefield-but it can also win through Kiora tokens or Master of Waves if the commander is stuck. No double-faced commander exists here; The Enigma Jewel is a flexible utility artifact, not a hidden commander.
