Deck overview

This is a Rakdos goad-and-drain control deck built around Kardur, Doomscourge. The primary game plan is to force all opponents' creatures to attack each turn while Kardur is on the battlefield, turning every combat into a slaughter that chips away at everyone else's life total. The deck supplements this with a suite of goad permanents (Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant, Bothersome Quasit, Vengeful Ancestor, Frenzied Gorespawn, Disrupt Decorum) and passive drain effects (Underworld Dreams, Black Waltz No. 3, Razorkin Needlehead, Judith, the Scourge Diva). It wins through incremental life loss over several turns, occasionally accelerating with big draw spells like Peer into the Abyss or a hasted Combustible Gearhulk. There are no infinite combos; the deck relies on sustained pressure and repeatable Kardur ETBs via Conjurer's Closet.
